We shared recently that we would be announcing a new menu at Tabbuli. We are not quite ready to announce the whole menu, as Chefs Brett McKee, Eric Gaffin and Scott Vosburgh are still putting their finishing touches and preparing the kitchen for the new menu.
We do have some sneak peak photos from the weekend (in the slideshow), thanks to Chef Eric Gaffin/New Dream Photography. Eric captured several of our new dishes along with several beauty shots at Tabbuli. Stay tuned for the release of the full menu.
For now, we can give you this little hint- think Mediterranean + raw bar + tapas.
Tabbuli Grill has awesome news and we are breaking the news here first!
February 17th is Tabbuli Grill’s big day – that is when we launch our new menu, featuring an all new tapas menu and a raw bar. Under the direction of Chef Eric Gaffin, Tabbuli Grill is reworking it’s current menu to bring you more variety for menu options and flavors. The menu is currently under revision, so we cannot reveal any of the top secret new menu items yet – but as the time gets closer, we’ll show you some of the tasty new items you can expect.
Eric is also heading up our newest company within Charleston Hospitality Group – Charleston Hospitality Catering. He is currently booking events and Tabbuli Grill is proving to be a popular place for rehearsal dinners. With the beautiful covered patio and fountains, our patio is a phenomenal place to host your event, no matter what the occasion.
